Once test is selected, check-out and create an account.

3. Access your Portal

Using the portal, log-in and check the status of your order, place new orders, and get in touch with a phycisican.

5. Ship your Sample

Take your sample to the nearest post office and await confirmation from laboratory once sample is recieved.

6. Results Available

The laboraotyr will recieve your sample and run your select test. A notification email will be sent out to let you, letting you know your results are ready to be viewed.

How to view your results:

A) Log in
B) Click view reports
C) Access to physcian for assistance
